Recipients of care allowance who are cared for by relatives or friends are legally obliged to have a regular consultation visit carried out by a care service in accordance with Section 37.3 SGB XI (quality assurance visit).

For care levels 1 to 3, this takes place every six months, for care levels 4 and 5, every three months. We look forward to your call back to arrange an appointment for the home visit.
